May 2013
I am Dubai based now,due to work.I just finished my job from a fertility clinic in Dubai Healthcare City. Now I will be starting working in Welcare Hospital Garhoud.Few days,I had to leave Dubai, and be adopted by my good friend Mau.
I am now here in Al Ain just for a visit, but will be back tao Dubai in few days.
I have been here for like twice, since last year. This was one of the places that I have been since I got here in Dubai.
Al Ain is province, but what fascinates me was the sands that I have been seeing while travelling before reaching the place. You can also see the huge rock formation along the way.But what is more awesome was seeing the huge number of camels along the way.Yes camels, would you believe.:-)
I am more than thrilled to share you about my life and whereabouts here in the UAE,let this just be the beginning of another adventure,we will begin this...after 8 months in Dubai.
I will talk to you about Al Ain later on,meanwhile, lets me just start with some of the locations that i have learned to love while starting up my life here...
The RTA bus in which you have to use the NOL card( rechargeable card) to get into the bus,you have to tap the card to the sensor upon entering the bus.The bus also has separate area for male and female passengers, how cool is it!
The front side of the building of my first job in Dubai, this you can see while riding the bus.
The street side before you enter the Metro Station(train station),this a staple mode of transportaion in Dubai, majority of the expats or even the locals called Emiratis use the train to go to where they are destined to go because of the convenience(it stops all major locations like malls, internet city, banks).
The street of Dubai Healthcare City, pedestrians are accustomed to obey traffic rules and follow the traffic signs, otherwise a fine of 300 AED will be given to you,I am a living example,I will talk to you about that on my succeeding blogs.
One of the entrances of the DHCC Metro Station, looks like the entrance of an airport,i can attest to the cleanliness and orderliness of the place.See the elevator,it's really like an airport. The platform of the Metro Station, this is the Burjuman station, which is also the a part of the green line. The Dubai Metro Station has two lines, the green and the red line.On my way to work,I have to take the bus going to Jaffliya Station, then take the red line going to Burjuman station, and then transfer to the Green line and then head to the Dubai Healthcare City metro station. When i feel sleep,or I get bored,or while waiting I just take photos of the stopovers,or the different places. This one I have taken after a day's work, tired and puffy eyes.
The location of my first ever work in Dubai, which is called Dubai Healthcare City(DHCC)
